Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product only if the order was incorrectly fulfilled by our team (e.g., wrong quantity, color, or model of a dress). Returns are not accepted for other reasons, including a change of mind.
Return Period
All eligible returns must be made within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
